You really want to head north but for some reason you keep walking south. And the thing you leave on the roadside, is your artistic life. This program is designed to help you change direction.
Twice a year, I gather a cohort of ten people. This group works together to build time and support into their daily lives - to move ideas out of the land of "I would like to..." into the land of "I am doing it!"
People join the group to work on a range of projects, from creating plays or musicals, to showcasing songs they have composed, or to build time to write into their days.
Some people don't know exactly what they want their project to be and they use the group to figure that out.
The group meets monthly and I meet individually with people between those monthly meetings.
We uncover what you want to work on and why.
We brainstorm options, we do work sessions together, we share work, we support each other's efforts and we pick each other up when the progress seems stalled.
The process is too intricate to describe in detail here. Click the button below to schedule a free session with me and we can talk about what you are trying to do. I'll ask a lot of questions and then I'll give you an idea of how the group might work specifically for you.
That is entirely up to you. Some people only attend the monthly meetings - sometimes by watching the video. Others coach with me between meetings and even set up work sessions with others in the group.
Wonderful! All that is required to start is the smallest inkling that there is something inside you that is hoping to find it's way out.
I understand that the thought of being vulnerable with "strangers" might seem unappealing. The process of joining the group is not random. I promise you that everyone in the group will have an interesting take on the world that you'll find intriguing. And I'll help everyone get to know each other in a relatively painless process. By the end of the group, you'll be happy you met them.
Listen to people tell you about their experiences with the group.
